He can't be extradited to Nigerian.. it's not possible. Nigeria doesn't have the balls. See invictus obi... Did you see is mug shot?? No why.

What you'll Don't understand is that U.S. doesn't treat 1st class criminals the way we think.. they are taken to a federal prison and the fbi continue to ask them and query them to learn the way they think and also ask them about people related to the stuff.

Now go and Google and browse about Osama Bin ladin, all what you will see is the father of Al-Qaida, but he's not really the mastermind behind it. The real Master mind behind it was Muhammed something. I can't recall is name. Up till now his information isn't known but he's sure in a federal prison. Same will happen to Invictus obi and other Nigeria fraud criminals caught.

They're are called classified case.

I'm not in the game of kicking a man when he's already on the ground. But it's so sad that we run a society that has lost all moral values. Hushpupi is a man with no known source of income and yet he flaunts wealth online and abuse our hardworking youths in the music industry telling them how they wear fake gucci.

People like these should be used as scapegoats to teach the people looking up to him that he' shouldn't be anyone's role model.

Are you surprised? Can you see our politician is who he was partying with? Is there difference between what most of them do and what Hushpuppi is doing? Am not surprised it will always tend towards the corruption party Sha.. Anyways Let him go and answer for his crimes..Do the crime.. Do the time..

He won’t be extradited until the US tries him. If guilty, they will jail him and then extradite. He allegedly committed crimes against the US. You think the US will allow Nigeria punish him for them?
exactly what I believe will happen.I can't understand why people are even believing this extradition story. so they think US will do all this investigation and hand him to Nigeria.he's gonna answer for his crimes in the US

Some EFCC officials and judges are about to become billionaires.

In their dreams. Na after the FBI arrest the IG know say he commit crimes for Nigeria? This is nothing but a scheme to get him freed but whatever it is, it is dead on arrival. Hushpuppi is heading to the united states to do a minimum of 50 solid years in a federal prison but if he sings with some valuable information, he might get 20 to 25.

Exactly my assertions! He'll be prosecuted and sentenced in the US. His lawyers will most likely request for a plea deal for him to cooperate and snitch on others in exchange for a reduced sentence. After serving his sentence, then EFCC can now extradite him to Nigeria to face charges there.
