Let's Start with Good nutrition;
The child should be provided with good nutrition. The baby needs good food that can promote growth and development. Poor feeding in infancy can lead to retarded growth. A baby can feed with by use of breasts or feeding bottle. Although breast milk is the best. As baby grows , suitable semisolid foods are introduced such as cereals.
BREASTFEEDING
This is a natural way to feed a baby. It can be started immediately after birth till six months.
Breastfeeding has some peculiar advantages which I want to pinpoint
They include;
1. It contains all the nutrients needed by a baby more than any other food.
2. It contains antibodies which protects the infant from disease infection.

Child care is very important, not only for mental health, but also for physical health too. The use of techniques in relation to pediatric speech therapy have also been rather useful for the health of children. Do give it a try.
