Netflix and Mo Abudu‘s partnership will see to the movie adaptation of two books. Prominent Nigerian authors Wole Soyinka and Lola Shoneyin are the authors of the books.

Lola Shoneyin’s “The Secret Lives of Baba Segi’s Wives” will be acted as a series. Also, Wole Soyinka’s “Death And The King’s Horseman” will get a film adaptation.

The American media-services provider said the film adaptation of “Death And The King’s Horseman” will be among the newly-licensed Netflix branded films. One of the films will premiere on the service in 2020.
