There was not much noise on social media after Hushpuppi was arrested in Dubai because almost everyone knew he was an internet fraudster, it was only a matter of time for his atrocities to be exposed. That was the reason for the so much uproar on the social media, it has nothing to do with the tribe.

Was anyone surprised that hushpuppy was arrested on suspicion of fraud?

Was that newsworthy at all, compared to a supposedly clean businessman who was celebrated by Forbes, only to be revealed he was a fraudster?

Besides, even the US and UAE have refused to release any credible information on the arrest and crime of Hushpuppi and his accomplices, unlike Invictus Obi whose case had already been filed in a US court.

For Invictus Obi, the allegations were already filed in court for which the warrant of arrest was granted.

So there was already factual and explicit information on his arrest from the get go.
