The Spark 5 has gotten the 2020 makeover but it is only an incremental upgrade from the Spark 4. They share a lot of the same specs. It however packs a bigger 5000mAh battery and if you were already saving to buy the Spark 4 or any entry level phone from last year, this is a fresher looking option worth considering.

At this point, it is irresponsible for Tecno to slam a quad-core A22 chipset on a 2020 produced phone for 49,000 naira.

Other phone manufacturers who produce similar entry phones at lower price to this Spark 5, use the octa-core Helio P22/P25 or the snapdragon equivalent of octa-core SD439.

Does Tecno have no care for their customers' productivity? This is affecting us the retailers, because the old stocks pile up while competitors are selling a boat load.

It won't be long before the scales fall off.

After playing pubg for 30min the hotness will melt the charging port.

Trash specs again. I don't how you will use the same chipset from the 2nd generation down to the 5th generation, it is FRAUD. You give the same phone in a new package.
No innovation, fake quad cameras. No one knows them in the global market. Their time is up. Xiaomi and oppo is taking over watch out.

Their phones are for tech illiterates, their fans either don't know better or don't care. They are satisfied with crap. The last transsion device I used was hot 6x. That phone nearly made me lose my sanity. My friends and I would team up to play pubg and I would always be the one begging them not to push as my gameplay was lagging terribly.

The only way to get chicken dinner was to camp. The last time I played pubg on it, I had the last guy in the sights of my scope. He wasn't even looking in my direction, a very easy kill it would have been. I zoomed in on him, said a silent prayer and pulled the trigger, guess what? I ended up dead instead. I quit the game in anger and didn't play for nearly a month.

Tecno must be made aware that their shameless exploitative antics are hurting their retailers.
