Football is back and we’re immediately at the business end of the season.

Domestic leagues will be won and lost over the next couple of weeks and we’re in the latter stages of cup competitions when they eventually resume.

20 | Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich)
Kimmich’s beautiful chip saw Bayern beat Borussia Dortmund earlier this month as they edge towards yet another league title.

19 | Sadio Mane (Liverpool)
This time next week, Mane and his Liverpool teammates might be Premier League champions. If he can pick up where he left off, he’d be climbing these rankings.

18 | Ciro Immobile (Lazio)
Immobile has been overtaken by Robert Lewandowski in the European Golden Shoe rankings but he’ll look to rediscover his goalscoring form when Serie A returns.
