I've heard people saying try prayers it works i don't mehnn seems not to work for so now i can only resort to sleeping pills

1st: make da personal decision to stop.
u need to tell urself that u wanna stop masturbating and discipline urself to stick to that decision.

2nd: delete every pornographic & erotic content in ur phone.
be it pictures, short videos, lengthy porn videos, erotic movies, etc. u need to delete them from ur phone, tablet and pc.
clear every browsing history that leads to porn or erotic contents.

3rd: cut off every association that leads to personal orgy.
it might be social media groups where difficult erotic contents are uploaded, individuals that upload personal nasty contents (eg girls that upload twerking videos), WhatsApp TVs and telegram channels that upload erotic contents. u need to delete dz contacts, exit dz groups & unfollow such related profiles.

4th: get busy!
idleness is one thing that leads to dz. try to focus more on new things that'll keep ur mind away from it especially at da particular time u engage in da act. u can download some games & play them at that particular time u normally masturbate. u can decide to read at that particular time. or even see movies that u are sure contain no erotic content.

5th: don't try to be alone.
try to be in da midst of people as much as u can. it'll help coz only a mad person will try masturbating in public.

6th: pray.
ask God to help u overcome it.

(7th: get a girl: most persons that are addicted to masturbation ain't into any serious relationship. sexual starvation sometimes leads to them resorting to masturbation to get relieved. if u get a good girl as ur girlfriend, it'll help a lot. u can even discuss ur challenge with her & she'll help u to fight it)

Don't force stop yourself! It would only gets harder.

It's never easy though, it's takes a strong mind and determination and work with your mind!

Go to sexuality, there's a "Quit Masturbation Challenge thread there", it would help you with determination, only if you're faithful though.
