The lady is right not to believe the nonsense.
Anointings belong in the old testament days when God through His prophet would allow for His Spirit to be placed on select persons for His glory. Obviously, it was not a "perfect" system but it sufficed for the time.
Jesus Christ, before His death, took to anointing His disciples (since the helper was to come after his death, not before), in order to set them apart for the work of God. But with the ushering in of the New Covenant after His death, the Spirit of God came down on them to formally baptize them (rebirth) ushering in the new system that is Jesus Christ.
Beware of Pastor/Preacher/Prophet/GOs/GoDaddies who pretend to have the power to anoint on demand. Such people make a mockery of Jesus Christ.
