Read their offenses. The deputy speaker is even entitled to the money but they said he spent it on another thing. His crime is not even close to that of obasa let alone the amount cornered by obasa. It's all politics. They could as well arraign obasa but he's well shielded in the political class. And he has enough to shut the judiciary so no lawyer will even waste their time trying to implicate him

The case against them sounds funny. And won't last first on is 200k imagine, 2nd one is for spending money allocated for something else on legal fee. What if he falls out the money from another place and claims he simply used that money it was the quickest way to access cash at thatoment as he had the money in another account??
