It is possible to feed well without spending much. The following are the suggested cheap sources of proteins, vitamin/minerals
(a) Fruit are rich in sugar and vitamin c these provide good food supplement and help build the body defense mechanism. E.g pineapple, paw-paw, Banana and Quaver.
(b) Egg/chickens cheap source for the family
(c) Beans/ Legumes e.g Soya Beans, Cow-pea, Lettus, these are high in protein and vitamin especially soya beans are also cheap
(d) Dark green leaf pumpkin in protein and iron and vitamin A
(e) Fish cheaper than meat, prawns, shrimps, crayfish etc

MALARIA: This can cause high mortality rate particlarily in the tropic, it may develop resistance in most orthodox drugs.
PREVENTION: 1 glass of Awolowo (SIAM WEED) liquild every 2 days in preventimg malaria or a handful of Awolowo leaves dried or flesh and the soft stem. Boil in 2 litres of water.
DOSAGES:25cl 3times daily, 1/2 glass daily , children of 5 years, 1-2 years teaspoon daily
