No cos you have to upload the certificate and even Nysc certificate.

You dont have NYSC discharge certificate yet, its advisable you opt for Non-graduate option where you have NPower Agro, Creative, Build and Tech

Try it at night ( from 3am). It shouldnt take you more than 15 minutes to complete.

How is it confusing? I helped my sister to apply using that option. All you need do is indicate the expected year of completion. If it falls within 2020 or worst case 2021, you are good to go.

Yes, duration ranges from 6 months to a year. Stipend may be increased, but your set may not benefit from that. Remember it took morethan a year for the legislation on boosting corpers' welfare package to take off and be implemented.
