Try to use the chat box on nasims portal or send your details to Npower verified social media channel stating the problem, make sure you include your ID and tell them to help you verify your account from their ends.

Yes, there is a new letter carrying a space for signature for the focal person. If you have already uploaded the old one, process the new one and re-upload.

Go to your local government secretariat where your PPA is and ask around. They have an office in each local government.

I think it's network glitch from npower. Download it again after few days
