It happened to me and I changed my browser's view to desktop view from mobile view and it showed this below

These people's site have too much problems or the traffic is too much for it. Nothing works well there.

After uploading your ND result
Change it to BSc or HND
then upload your ND result on the NYSC space then change it back to ND it will work that way
