I have to create another account on Nairaland to get this post across to my helpers. My health challenges started in 2013, a year after my wedding. I used to notice pain below my abdomen and I would take pain reliever, it would go and still come back after a few days, then I went to a teaching hospital to complain, there I was diagnosed of appendicitis and a surgery was recommended. Two years after the surgery, that was in 2015 during the month of Ramadan, I woke up to pee in the midnight and I could not, I had to dribble my manhood to be able to pee. I went to the hospital the following day to complain, they carried out the test but it came back negative after a few days of culture. Protein in kidney was also negative as I complained of pain on one side of my back. After all the tests, I was given some drugs, but it was like the drugs were not working. I had to go from clinic to clinic, from one alternative herbal clinic to another. Yet, no improvement. I began having painful urination, and there is nothing I have not used without cure. My wife is yet to have a baby, but my health first. It was during one of the series of tests to know what caused my wife's infertility problem that I discovered I have hepatitis B. Though as dangerous as it is with all the pains I am feeling in my manhood, it does not affect my ability to impregnate my wife, though, she has had two ectopic pregnancies in the past. The surgeries collected a lot of money from me, I just finished balancing up the hospital that did the second ectopic surgery in 2014 last two months. We are still trying to have our baby now. But my health challenges have been drawing me back, I don't want to scare her so I don't tell her the magnitude of the pains I am feeling inside me. I now feel pains on my back side everyday, painful urination is there, hepatitis B is also there. I feel pain below my left shoulder blade everyday and we are also looking forward to having our baby, though, my health first. I have spent a lot of money on my health and wife's infertility problem without looking for anybody's assistance. But as it is now, I am exhausted and I need assistance. During my course of looking for solution to my health challenges, I met someone who told me about one supplement that can help revive my health, he said I should at least take it for 3 months, and the amount I need to buy it is 76,400 Naira. I can't even know the amount of money I have spent in different hospitals because of these complex health challenges. I am working, but I am exhausted, I am down, at times I consider suicide (God forbid) I am already indebted because of my health and wife infertility, but my health first. Pls, Nairalanders, I don't need money, all I want is my health. I want my health back.
If God uses you to help me, you can buy me the supplements and send to me. I repeat I don't need the money except you want me to buy the supplement by myself. You can reach on 0..8..0..55..1..8..6..3..3..3
Pls supermod help me to push it to front page to find my helpers, may God help you too as you do so.

You and your wife need to visit the Urological department of any teaching hospital close to you. It might cost you much money though but will be better off that supplements. Health is wealth and can not be compromised. You will be fine just continue to put your trust in God while you do the needful.
