Your comparison is not well thought out. The official language of Nigeria is English so any Nigerian is expected to have some level of understanding of English. A white person speaking IBO takes some conscious effort from her either by having someone who speaks at close proximity or going out of his/her way to learn. How many yorubas,hausas, ijaws and others can speak any sentence of Ibo? Inferiority complex shows in your reasoning and comprehension. ecolime: |
