you can continue, I have no power to stop you, but few months ago, I was justifying this act with medical and logical reasoning even when I noticed all the side effects like low confidence, absent mindedness, loneliness, shaking of my nerves etc, I tell you, ever since I stopped, my life has taken another dimension positively, now my confidence level is topnotch with countless benefits.
