4 hectares will give 7tonnes of dried maize(using hybrid seed) and harvest is every 4 months in a year.

And currently a tonne of maize is sold for 80-90k

Making it over 560,000 per harvest multiply that by 3 times you have 1.5m-1.8m per year

So you see you have recovered your investment with only maize

CASSAVA:
Now for cassava 4 hectares of cassava will give you 100-120 tonnes of cassava

Now currently a tonne of cassava is sold between 9-12k giving you 800k-1.2m per harvest so in two harvest you have 1.6-2m per year ( sometimes it might not be up to 2 harvest so take note)

So you see that you have even tripled your investment this is agriculture for you

CUCUMBER:
Now the remaining two hectares will go for cucumber (this will need a borehole and deep irrigation so we can harvest up to 5-7 times a year)
Two hectares will give you 700-900 bags of 40kg of cucumber and each bag is sold for 1500-5000 depending on the period.
Let's assume it's sold for 2k which is the minimum then 700×2000 will give you 3
1.4million per harvest now multiply that by 4 harvest you will have 5.2million in one year.

NOW 10 HECTARES HAVE GIVEN YOU A TOTAL OF 8.6-10 MILLION NAIRA IN ONE YEAR( THIS CAN BE DONE WITH AN INVESTMENT OF 3-4 MILLION. IF THIS IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY FOR YOU THEN GO FOR MONEY RITUALS AGRICULTURE IS NOT A GET RICH QUICK SCHEME YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT.
