World Music day ( also known as Fete de La Musique) is celebrated 21st of June every year. It was first celebrated in Paris in 1982 originated by Jack Lang ( Minister of Culture of France) and Maurice Flueret.


Music is that invisible friend anyone can count on any day anytime. One way or the other we are all musicians which is why it is celebrated on this day in over 120 countries.

I was able to lay hands on a few professional musicians to express their view about Music
