In a twist of events, a TikTok video showed a bunch of Randonautica app users as they stumble upon a suitcase containing the remains of a dead body while exploring parts of a Seattle beach, USA.

Recounting the incident, two girls in a video shared by a TikTok user @ughherry) captured a moment when they discovered a black suitcase on the beach.

However, on opening the suitcase they were met with a foul smell.

The TikTok user narrates, “Something traumatic happened that changed my life checkkkk ��.”

“Randonaut sent us to this part of the beach… and we found this black suitcase. We were joking that maybe the suitcase would have money.” As SOON as she opened it, the smell was overwhelming.”

The girls called 911 as they narrated to the operator and moments later would realize they stumbled on a crime scene.

The Seattle Police Department confirmed the report in a news release, “Detectives are currently investigating after several bags containing human remains were located near the water in the 1100 block of Alki Avenue SW this afternoon.”

“Police responded after receiving a call of a suspicious bag on the beach. Another bag was located in the water. Once the contents were determined to be remains, detectives responded to begin their investigation. Harbor Patrol is assisting on the call, and detectives will work closely with the King County Medical Examiner’s Office as the investigation proceeds. This remains an active and on-going investigation.”

Randonautica is an app that generates specific locations within one's current location where they can travel to explore.

Random my ass. That app has a backdoor somewhere. Easy to randomly select a remote location where they are just waiting to grab you. Foolish white teenagers jumping on any trending app without knowing the source. No wonder many go missing every year
