Responsibilities

Marketers develop and execute strategies to maximize profits for the promotion of a product, service, or brand. They aim to grow sales by identifying areas of need and proposing goods and services that will have the greatest positive impact for their clients and customers.

A marketer should have excellent spoken and written communication skills, a creative and open-minded approach, strong organizational and planning abilities, and proven team leadership qualities. Good marketers drive processes and are able to motivate others to see the end goal while completing day-to-day tasks.
A marketer is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives.
