Good morning guys so I got a rest point deep freezer never heard of them before,it was cheaper,now the problem is that it does not freeze only the top at times shows signs of ice ..I don't know what is actually wrong with it ..please who has used rest point deep freezer and how was your experience?

Return it to where u bought it.Abi nah free? Haier Thermocool dealers will test their products b4 u leave their shops/if there’s any defect,they’ll change it.

thank you sir for your response,my previous deep freezer too was Thermocool ,that was the product I intended to buy but the price difference was 20,000 above my budget ,am returning the product today will get a replacement ,just wanted to know if rest point is a good product which will mean I had a bad unit ..

I've never heard of it. Did you just get it? If yes? I think it should be under warranty and you can take it back to the shop.

yes it's working well ma, freezes fast ,for the defrost rate I still don't really know ,we are pretty much getting close to 15h light so ..I probably would not be best person to answer that question..
