Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary: Site Engineers plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from development to completion.


Key Responsibilities

1. Managing and overseeing construction projects and building works on site
2. Working with the quantity surveyor to ensure safety parameters are met and due processes are followed
3. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
4. Supervising and monitoring contracted staff
5. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
6. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other staff
7. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
8. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
9. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Requirements
Prospective employees must have:

A minimum of a BSc degree in any relevant field
