Court Adjourns Asekhome’s Request To Order Relocation Of Edo APC Secretariat

The Federal High Court sitting in Benin City presided over by Hon. Justice A.A. Demi -Ajayi, has today, refused to grant the ex parte application seeking to relocate the Edo State All Progressives Congress (APC) Secretariat in Benin City.

In Suit No. FHC/B/CS/57/2020 which came up for hearing today, after listening to John Odubela, SAN, the counsel for the Applicant, the Court declined the grant of the ex parte order sought by Asekhome on the relocation of the Edo State APC Secretariat in Benin City.

However, the Court urged the parties to maintain status quo.

Furthermore, the Court ordered the Defendants -APC,Edo State CP and INEC to show cause why the order sought should not be granted.

Hence, the Court adjourned to Monday, 29th day of June, 2020 for hearing.

Omo...APC how far na? This is becoming like a child's play. I thought Amaechi said you all are adults in APC? Watcanfa? Where are the national and state leaders in all of these?

We need,at least, two strong parties in this country. It's not like I love APC o but we need the party to stay alive so that they (PDP and APC) can keep each other on their toes. We all know other parties in this country are jokes when it cones to national politics. We don't need a one party system biko

At the end of the day , the real lossers are Edo people, who would lose the Position of National Chairmanship of a ruling Party, lose their money to Obaseki bribing PDP tax collector and later end up with a Pastor who is in chains of APC or a disloyal 3 credit WAEC having dunce who just sold Edo to Wike and secundus


The Ipobs and Ibo jubilating are just happy to see the so called zoo in chaos , and maybe get PDP to give them a mere Vice Presidency to their Fulani Atiku slave masters

There is no term to complete, we are in a 4-term democracy.
Oshiomole will be a fool to have not fought back because the alternative is total humiliation.
Not fighting back is a sin in politics.

If he knew this would happen, he wouldn't have surrendered the state's APC machinery
to the governor when they won.

Oshiomole is the most clueless Godfather in Nigeria's politics.
