Here is a quick tour of one (Rebisi Flyover) of the three ongoing Flyovers constructed simultaneously in Rivers State. The flyover bridges are located at Garrison, Artillery and Rumuokoro in Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor local government areas. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPan4yGRVJ8 They were all started in October 2019 and will be finished by the end of 2020. According to the Managing Director of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Dr. Lars Richter, the company would deliver the three flyover projects as promised during the signing of the contract.
