I understand your point but many won't see it the way you are seeing it. I'm a strong christian and i believe gay is perversion and it's against the will of God for mankind. I believe gay, fornication, adultery , masturbation are all perversion. Tell a christian to define perversion he would include gay/lesbianism and masturbation and exclude fornication, adultery without knowing any sexual act that is outside the confines of marriage is perversion even watching pornography is perversion and they are all sin anyone who indulge in any of these things is going to the same hell the bible preaches.

These are religious and unspiritual people who see gay/lesbianism from the Sodom and Gomorrah perspective and feel those who practice such should face the wrath of God and even the wrath of the state. They forgot that fornication/adultery and the rest are against God's law if we are to go by old testament law. Even in the new covenant apostle paul admonish us in 1Thess 4:3

"This is the will of God, your sanctification that you should abstain from sexual immorality"

Someone who fornicates, commit adultery, masturbates, watch pornography and all forms of perversion should face the full wrath of the law too if we really want to establish the law of God on earth. Why are we excluding and discriminating against gays only? Is that not hypocrisy? if God does not condemn them and wants them to repent why do we have to discriminate against them. Will our utter hatred and discrimination against them change their sexual orientation and bring them to christ? Will they receive deliverance from Jesus if we continue to crucify them? These are the questions my fellow hypocritical christians who have assumed the position of GOD who judges should answer.

I am not supporting gay but we have to rightly didvide the word of God thruthfully. Even if we start sentencing them to death by hanging will it stop it? Because there are so many people who are practicing it silently without coming out to confess that they are gay so what are we fighting?

Those crucifying them won't go out to do evangelism. They were former perverts, fornicators, adultrers, masturbators, porn addicts. (Hypocrisy)

The church of God has a role to play we have to preach against it but not discriminate against the people. we have to let them know they are not ok because anyone who practices gay is not normal same goes to anyone who fornicates, commit adultery and masturbates. There is a demon who is at work in their lives and we'll let them know God has the power to deliver them. And anyone who is a former gay and has been delivered should come out and testify about how he/she was saved by doing this it will give hope to others who are still yoked with such practices. Condeming gays won't change anything it will continue to harden their hearts. Take it or leave it. SHALOM

Anyway, some people are confused, even straight people make stupid mistakes all the time. It doesn't take away from the fact that genuine LGBT people should be protected by the State.
