omo, i would suggest you start decreasing intake of energy drinks by first replacing it with soda or water. . .me, i dnt even drink soda, esp, coke, which is high in caffine. . .

and do you know that energ drinks contains high percentage of caffine?
and what are the side effects of caffine?:

Yh! I used to go lyk twice a day, Tottenham & Stratford.
Twas cool, but itz lyk the quality of em burgerz and stuff'z reduced after the voucher thingy ended.
