If you're using waec or neco, you don't need to upload the certificate. All you need do is fill in your grades and upload your passport photo and any of the following; Voter's card, National ID card, International passport or driver's license

Haha it finally worked. I've been using my laptop all this time and I just decided to use my phone and it worked. The save & continue button appeared when I used my phone, and I completed the registration successfully. Its strange tho, I thought using PC was better?

Don't think it matters. I was unable to fill mine. I changed my middle name 3 years ago, it seems it hasn't reflected on my BVN.

Just proceed like that. As long as your bvn is correct. If it wasn't correct, your data/info won't have displayed
