Hello house, my boy is barely one month old and he developed this skin issue. One of my colleagues said it is Ela(Yoruba) but from my experience, ela use to manifest as very red tiny rashes around the neck and joints.

Now this one is not on his neck (though it is in both his elbow joints, scarcely on his Tommy and this morning I say it at the back of his knee), his skin molts around the rashes. I just can't completely describe it that's why I included the pics.

I need help elders in the house. I took him back to the hospital where he was born but they said it will go but I don't like the look.

Mods pls help me push to fp.
Get tribotan cream for babies not for adults, original one and apply it on the affected parts for 5 days and it will clear cool

Stop using any cream on him......use only savlon to his bathing water

My baby had a similar problem and I got the solution from this forum. Bought the medication and it was gone in 7 days. The thread is still here.
We used Zinat suspension and Mupiderm ointment

These are the pictures of the medication used

Please don't mind anyone saying you should use any cream.

If it's an Adult, it fine, but a Baby's skin is still fragile.

Improve your hygeine and the Baby's.

Other causes may include.

Bath water
Bedsheet
Heat
Soap
Infection

Seeing the doctor is the best

Your baby is shading his skin at the same time have Ela or Obo as the Igbos call it...

You can only get rid of it using agbo/herbs ( Yoruba people) have the best treatment for it.. Both the one he would take orally to kill off the bacterias from the inside and then the one you would cook to bath him with, if possible request for also the cream...

I doubt if the modern drugs work for it because it never worked on my 4 kids when they had it...

Don't Fret, it's nothing to worry about

Kindly follow this advice it will do you good and it's very very affordable. My second son is five months old now and he developed exactly something like this and this same AGBO/HERBS was the solution within a week or so and he was okay.

NOT TO WORRY.

GET FUNBACT-A AND MIX WITH SHEA BUTTER FROM YOUR PHARMACIST OR YOU GO FOR CANESTEN (EXTREMLY EFFECTIVE). THE SHEA BUTTER IS JUST TO SOFTEN THE EFFECT ON YOUR BABY SKIN.

AS SOON AS YOU SEE A CLEARING ON THE SKIN STOP. FUMBAT-A COULD HAVE A TONING EFFECT AT TIMES.

I can appreciate your worries. Best advise is to please take your baby to see a paediatrician. Because of their delicate skin, babies can react badly to some of the recommendations I see in the comments here.

hmm!

This is a simple matter. If you want all those rashes to disappear, contact me.

All I need is Picture and name, that's all.
Your baby's body will start to glitter like my body.

I don't expect anything from anyone, because expectation hurts

Before making babies, make sure you and partner are in the best of health. Such sickness could come from untreated VDRL

Op, please I will NOT advise you to take your baby to the hospital in this covid19 era cos of a mere rash to avoid stories that touch. I called it mere cos I have seen and experienced worst with my children. Infact I went to the Ayinke house with my last baby with worst skin issue and they ask me to go back and come back in 3 months time if it doesn't finish. My last baby came with extreme dry skin at birth like that of an old person of 70yrs, I was very scared and started going from hospital to hospital and used different things both local and imported, until someone advised that I use Ori. I even brought the issue to Nairaland then. It's been almost 4 years and my baby's body is as succulent as a fresh fruit.

It disappeared after using Ori for a while, I can't imagine how Ori of #100 cured something of that magnitude

My first born had terrible rashes all over his body, we tried all sort of cream, herbs and drugs but nothing worked. Then my wife was fond of covering him to prevent cold, she won't even allow him fresh air whenever it is hot.
A lady she met in the market advised she stops all medications, antibacterial cream and herb and let him wear light cloth whenever it is hot and use wipes (Angel) to clean his body regularly . The rashes disappeared completely within 2-3 weeks.

Not sure if the rashes had big blisters like the one in your pics, but it was very bad then.

I suggest you apply calamine lotion. You may seek further confirmation from a doctor or pharmacist.

Below is a link on uses of calamine lotion:

Hello OP@@

Kindly buy ORI, melt on fire (fry pan).
Get KONFO, grand it and mix it with the ORI.

Apply both on the child and see the result the following day.

Also once applied, leave the child body to be open.....

Please make use of my directions, as this solved my child's own........

Guess its an allergic reaction from mother to baby through breast feeding...Try FunbactA.Apply it fairly on affected surfaces or you can mix it with a little P jelly and apply...Works like magic but you must find what is causing those reactions too.
