I am not a priest, pastor or theologian but as a Christian, I am convinced that certain practices today are done out of ignorance. For instance
1. It is common for most pastors to encourage their congregation to shout a louder Amen or hallelujah. This gives the impression that God only hears when we shout. During prayer, it's the person that shouts the loudest that is heard. How can our God who hears the meditation of our hearts and our silent whispering not hear us If we do not shout.
2. Let us build a befitting church or the largest church in the world is the new trend. But the church is actually the body of Christ, the Christians. More emphasis is put on building the BUILDING than in building the temple.
3. Finally the Bible is not the book but the word. It started as scrolls, and when book was invented, the word was packaged in book form for convenience and accessibility. At the point of transition, the users of the scrolls did not say the book form was not a Bible. Now we are in digital age, It is not proper to say someone reading the Bible from his phone is wrong.

You hit the bull's eye on every single point up their. But conservatism and the urge to attract more "customers" will not let many take correction. God bless you bro.

It's a joyful way to praise God. The bible encourages shout and joyful noise

Psalms 66:1
 Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:

Psalms 47:1
 O clap your hands, all ye people;
shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

shout or no shout, God will still accept the praise and that is what matters the most. That is what Op is saying.

abi! God is not hard of hearing and all the shouting means nothing since God looks in the hearts of men to know their intentions.

If God command to shout ,why should that be an offence to anybody. Shouting has its spiritual significance

A lot of what passes off as Christianity today was born out of the doctrines and traditions (cultural ideals as well) of men, and go against the very commandments of Jesus Christ Himself.
Jesus Christ never commanded praise but obedience. He ought to receive praise but never commanded it. That which He commanded though, remains largely ignored due to people following instead the doctrines of men and their traditional and cultural ideals, keeping themselves as far away as and as close-minded to the actual Word of God as possible.

Mark 7 vs 1-13 (ERV)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Now when the Pharisees gathered to him, with some of the scribes who had come from Jerusalem,
2. they saw that some of his disciples ate with hands that were defiled, that is, unwashed.
3. (For the Pharisees and all the Jews do not eat unless they wash their hands properly,[a] holding to the tradition of the elders,
4. and when they come from the marketplace, they do not eat unless they wash. And there are many other traditions that they observe, such as the washing of cups and pots and copper vessels and dining couches.[c])
[b] 5.
And the Pharisees and the scribes asked him, “Why do your disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat with defiled hands?”
6. And he said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written,

“‘This people honors me with their lips,
but their heart is far from me;

7. in vain do they worship me,
teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’

8. You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men.”
9. And he said to them, “You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God in order to establish your tradition!
10. For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; and, ‘Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’
11. But you say, ‘If a man tells his father or his mother, “Whatever you would have gained from me is Corban”’ (that is, given to God)[d]—
12. then you no longer permit him to do anything for his father or mother,
13. thus making void the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And many such things you do.”
