Lol one can't be that ready when we've not seen invite...we don't even know who will set the exam or administer it......and the zeal can't be there till one receives the invite..... Let them send it abeg....is not the one they will send now and boom its Dragnet why we've been practicing with jamb method...

If there's sincerity of purpose, federal character in employment or appointment doesn't suggest incompetence or poor qualification in any way. There are very highly qualified persons from the 36 + 1 States we have in Nigeria.

The problem is that we have a crop of public office holders that are mostly insincere and hypocritical.

Federal Character system allows incompetent Nigerians while leaving out the qualified ones .
If appointments in FG agencies are done by merit , some regions will sweep the slots.

Why don't you specify the region when you are playing your inferiority complex card?

It's the lack of sincerity of purpose, tribalism, religious fanaticism and nepotism that promote mediocrity and unhealthy competition. There are very highly qualified Nigerians from every single State in Nigeria plus Abuja. Federal Character for employment or appointment is important to help manage our beautiful diversity. That's my take.

Come to think of it, the public positions or offices are very limited in number compared to the large pool of thorough - bred professionals scattered around Nigeria.

I happen to come from the North and professionally I hold my head high. I also have numerous persons from the North and South that are far more intelligent and more academically qualified than me. Thank you.

This house through a simple understanding has unanimously agreed that any discussion out side Oil and Gas / NCDMB recruitment shall be ignored.

If so, why are we suddenly subscribing our self to the attention of an agent of cronic diversion, derailment and confusion; to the extent that we are bringing up discrimination, sectionalism, and regionalism as our topic of discussion.

No govt agency or parastatal will advertise a recruitment just for 100+ applicant and even be shifting the closing date.

Instead they will share among the management and governing council please verify from your source
