The law firm of OZIGOD Chambers has written inec notifying the agency of the constitutional breaches perpetrated by the purported Apc national executive committee in sacking an elected executive commitee of the party and replacing them with a body unknown to the Nigerian constitution, the electoral act, Apc constitution or any extant laws guiding the formation and existence of political party's in Nigeria. The law firm through it's head of chambers Gozie Nwachukwu pointed out that the purported Apc nec decision offends section 223, part 1 of the third schedule to 1999 constitution and other relevant laws including clear provisions of the Apc constitution, below is a copy of the letter ;
