Popular Socialite, Obugara aka Okpan Chairman was on Wednesday night assassinated by suspected kidnappers in Ughelli, Delta State.

According to multiple reports gathered, OBUGARA that just concluded a marital introduction was murdered inside his vehicle and his fiancée was also shot by the yet to be identified gun wielding men while a young man that was with them during the incident was abducted.

The whereabouts of the abducted young man in the vehicle remains unknown but sources close to the family disclosed to Focus Naija that a ransom of #30m is being demanded for his release by the kidnappers and the state of the shot fiancée is unknown as at the time of filing this report.
