It was a hot sunny day and I had taken too much water that made my bladder full. I rushed towards a public toilet to take a pee, but upon getting to the door it was locked, or so I assumed. I tried the lock once but since it did not open, I assumed someone must been engaged and locked it from behind but I was wrong. A gentleman walked up to the lock, tried harder and the door opened, it was only jammed and needed an extra push. I had assumed... Assumptions!

So many times in business we assume too much. We assume doors to be locked that we don’t push hard enough and simply retreat at the first try. What door of opportunity are you trying to get opened? Push harder.
