Anambra like every eastern state has seen a massive leap in developmental strides over a couple of years.

Would like to share some of them with you.

Pic1; this has got to be the most popular of all. What used to be a chaotic place

Some individual private development but no government presence.

The roads are mainly Federal Government effort.

Nnewi is the worst of them all..
You won't even know where the town starts or ends on google earth. No urban definition.

Just crass planning everywhere. The only distinguishing feature is the central market.

Aguleri area of Anambra .

This is the axis of the state where their propaganda Obingo governor hails from, looking like a scene from 1465

The only thing I like about eastern is their storey buildings. I stayed in Awka for 2yrs 2008/09 and I can tell you Awka it’s nothing close to a capital. I’m happy to see the developers are now developing their land.

Another thing igbos will never give their land to outsiders, if u like bring x2 of the value. Some Yoruba won’t even attempt duplex let alone storey building, a little better than Hausa when it comes to ambition

Stop fooling yourself.

Igbo build taller because of land issues and Umunna wahala.
The Igbos have severe land shortages. Ambition koorrrrr......Abigail ni.

The east is filled with underdeveloped hamlets. Even their major cities are quite small.
