A physically challenged man identified as Ibrahim O. Omotosho has dragged the Guaranty Trust bank in Abeokuta, Ogun state, for locking him out of their banking hall undermining his physical condition.

He alleged that he was made to stay under the sun for two hours, irrespective of his condition. Mr. Omotosho noted the would have made their banking hall wheelchair accessible?
