Hello All , I need ur advise . My builder r gave me am estimate of 260bags of cement as the qty of cement bags required to plaster and render a 5bedroom duplex and 2 room BQ . Also , he is charging 480k as labor cost . Please, advise ideal bags of cement required and the going labor rate , in a location such sangotedo in lagos. |

For a 5 room Duplex with no BQ in Abuja. I have been given a bill of 1.3m i guess your builder is a bit charging you too much. You surely dont need all that load of cement. |
