Focus: Doing what is Good

WORD FOR TODAY
Our primary assignment in the land of the living is to do that which is good. The presence of the Spirit of God in the life of a man is revealed by good works!!!

Each time the Lord anoints a man, He anoints him to do what is good. The essence of the provision of salvation freely made available to all mankind is to bring about the establishment of God's will in every domain of life. It was recorded in the scripture that everywhere the Lord Jesus went, He was doing good.

In this age, Jesus is still moving around doing good through the lives of men. He is also working in your life if you are also doing good. The word of the Lord makes it clear that God is highly interested in seeing that we shine as light through the dark world; that it is in this that God will receive glory over our lives.

As you proceed in destiny, be mindful of the fact that wherever you find yourself, you are called to do that which is good (the will of God). Doing this will only be possible when you allow God to work in you to do His good pleasure. Preserve what God wants to make out of your life by doing what is good.

+ What is your reputation before men? Will men serve your God?

Prayer Point:
Lord! I receive the grace to always do that which is good in Jesus name. Amen.

Main Emphasis:
Doing that which is good is what indicates that the spirit of Christ is in you!!!
