It's very easy to reserve the brain of this police men by good leadership. If I am the president I will hold the CP of each state responsible for any misconduct of the men under him. I will remove you as CP in just one week and you will never command again unless the masses sees the drastic action taken by the concerned CP eg dismissed the Police man or woman, take him or her to court that same week with proceedings make public to the masses. I will not talk to anybody but my appointees, honestly if you fail I will remove you, shikena.
