Yes and the article says, students. They were there to attend school and once schools move to online, you can participate in your country/bedroom without going to the school in person. I am doing my Master's online from my bedroom but don't worry about me being deported.

What's all the unnecessary fuss about sef??! Why should you keep occupying space in a nation as a student when all your courses are online, when you are not a tourist??!... This move is what every and any serious nation should make in order to check growing population of immigrants.
