Obviously, this was not designed and constructed by a reputable construction company or was designed by a sane a reputable or certified structural engineer. This was done just to pocket money, not to build anything usable or to serve the people.

How do build a bridge with an exit straight into a ditch and certain death?

No warnings

No signs

No barricades,

No railings

No markings to warn drivers not to drive down that path

They need to tear this thing down ASAP, this is not a bridge, it is a death trap.
