Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
 
Job Summary

We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Executive to help expand the company by

actively seeking and acquiring new clients. As a sales professional, your goal is to foster strong

relationships, identify the client’s needs and sell accordingly.

 

Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Executive with AAI Plc, you will be required to perform the following

functions:

Implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.

Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.

Collecting information from clients such as their risk profiles to offer them proper solutions.

Preparing and presenting sales reports with management.

Retaining continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms.

Checking insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation

 

Requirements

OND certificate in any field is required (HND/BSC holders can also Apply).

No experience necessary but experience in Marketing / Insurance Sales is an advantage.

Excellent comprehension of insurance plans including fire, life, property, medical etc.

Applicants must be goal-oriented.

Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

 

Salary

This position attracts a salary of N50,000 monthly when a 50% target is achieved. (Commission-

based).
