It's official: Will Smith and Jay-Z are hooking up to produce 'Annie' among other things, But not only are the A-list movie star and the multi-platinum rapper collaborating on the saga of the Broadway-belting little orphan, they’ve also formed a new joint venture to produce and develop more feature films and no doubt take over the world shortly thereafter.
