I expected this, cos Nengi shoved Kaisha like 2 or 3 times. likewise Kaisha got into her face a lil bit too much which prompted the shoving.

I like the early warning before we witness the toxicity we saw from Tacha again . I do not pray we ever experience such again. it was a disaster to watch.

Whoever did it needs to be locked up, this is a crime. BB has a code of conduct and has to protect its housemates from hate crimes like this.

I don't see how you can press charges against this person except on the basis of copyright infringement.

As for hate speech, it will be hard to prove that the uploader uploaded the video with malicious intent to cause Erica distress.

For one thing, the video was already on a lot of people's television screens, and they had seen it.

It was no longer a private sexual film. It had become a public content.

If you check this same website, you would find videos of raw bathroom sessions from Big Brother Africa.
