I just got a German Shepard Dog and I'd like to exchange it with a Parlour dog, as I read Germany Shepard are more of a security dog

Any advice or words nairalanders

Don't do it. If you treat your German Shepard like a pet dog, it'll become a pet dog. No need to swap abeg.

What makes the dog is how the owner brings it up
I've seen boerboels that are as harmless as flies and lhasas that can attack very violently
Just bring her up well, plenty socializing if you don't want her to be aggressive, introduce her to many humans apart from you and your family. Give her obedience training and make sure you don't beat her. You'll be good to go
