Your points are valid. However we are Nigerians and we are defined by our environment. No matter how much we try to emulate the western lifestyle, the African in us will still be visible.

What I want you to understand is that no matter the way we use to present the thread, it will still degenerate to a tribal affairs coz that is what Nigerians are. We should rather embrace what we are rather than fighting against it.

Let me give you an example.
If the thread was about Nigerians in Hollywood, and I present it in a way that there are let’s say 50 Yorubas, 30 Igbos, and 20 minority tribes. What do you think will happen?

There will be grievances on the side of the tribes with low numbers because they might say I purposely choose the Yorubas own to be more than theirs. Then another tribal issue will ensue.

So the thread is just about the Yorubas in Hollywood today, tomorrow it might be Nigerians in Hollywood. So I see no wrong in this.
