Ma! You're not making any sense at all. Fine I agreed the guy committed an offense (which there is no evidence that he committed an offense). but is this the right way for an officers to handle it??

The man is wrong and his behaviour is out of hand. But that is not an excuse for half mad officers to hit him on the head. He should be arrested and hand over to police. In conclusion too many mad people on the street.

Stripping naked to fight was a fad in the 90s. It got passed down to this generation.
