The last salary private school teachers received was for the month of march,due to the closure of schools occassioned by the covid 19 pandemic.This has brought untold hardship to them,especially those that have family to feed and other bills to pay,Many wise ones quickly find other jobs,even menial to cover up the gap,while others resort to begging from friends,family and neighbours just to survive.This has lead many to shift the blame on the school owners,saying that teachers should be paid monthly like their counterpart in the public schools.Where will they get the fund to pay them,when their source of getting fund(school fees)has ceased.If you look at it critically,private school is the highest employer of labour in the private sector in the country.they should be encourage by all.I think they should blame the government.
