Akpabio is a politician to the core,thank God for the wisdom of Mr Speaker,he came in to douse the tension at the right time. I love his management skill.. He made it clear they are not out to witch hunt or persecute anyone but just to put things in order ..

You can now see why it would be difficult for Nigeria to be great again. Those set of people who were fomenting trouble for being neglected and marginalized by the federal government despite the crude oil being extracted there are the same set of people embezzling the funds meant for the development of the Niger Delta.

we can't keep shot bcs we want better life for your people and its region .we all knew what NDDC was created for in your region but yet no development Either Akpabio or whoever. what we know is that no any government took external person from south west or northern states to head that commission since its creation .now you are telling us to shot up .Do you know your noises from the region is too much and if your region is not develop as expected It will still be another boarding on our region as many will choose to migrate to the south west with frustration as usual ? Hmmm, this man said Sen. Akpabio misled the NSS and the Nigerians is ridiculous. He wouldn't allowed somebody to come and missled him. He should have pointed grey areas in Akpabio's evidents. Ask a core Akwa Ibom man who lived in Uyo during the tenure of Godswill Akpabio, you'll know the truth. He wasn't a noise making governor, he was Mr Talk and Do. Corruption is inherent in every Nigerian politician but I daresay there are some politicians who ensure they do their best to touch lives and make meaningful impact in government. Godswill Obot Akpabio was one of those governors and it will shock you to know he was forced to change parties, not for personal reasons. He's one of the reasons am happy Magu is undergoing investigations. You can imagine EFCC harrassing the wife of a former governor because of political reasons. Most of you didn't watch the sittings, I did. He practically schooled the honourable members and was allowed his say. As a former senator and minority leader, he knows who benefits more from NDDC juicy contracts and alot of our NASS members are the biggest. Have you seen his wife? Can you compare her to the noise making former NDDC MD?

My brother you don't understand, to be candid, there is ethnicity in the south south, the Ijaws and the akwa Ibomites are not in terms. Ijaw from Bayelsa or Delta even Rivers State would never allow anybody from akwa Ibom or Cross River to head the Niger delta ministry. The first Minister of the NDDC the late chief Uffot Ekaette was removed because the Ijaws protested against him with all kinds of allegations, just because he is from Akwa Ibom. And the minister was removed by late president Umaru Yaradua. And Ijaw man was appointed. The same thing is about to repeat. They want Akpabio to be removed for another Ijaw man. We the Akwa Ibomites we know this, we are all saying no. Enough is enough.
Secondly, the forensic auditing of the NDDC account approved by the president Buhari. They know a lot of them would be exposed. They want to distract the process by accusing Akpabio of corruption.
