Federal Comptrollers inspect Niger Bridge – FG orders evacuation of police checkpoint to ease traffic The Federal Government, in a bid to ease traffic and movement of vehicles, has given a strict order for men of the Nigeria Police to vacate the Niger bridge.

The position of the Government was made known through the Federal Comptrollers of works, Mr Adeyemo Ajani (Anambra) and Moshood Jimoh (Delta) while inspecting the bridge.

Ekohotblog learned that the order was made after a popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, raised alarm on the conditions of the bridge, which prompted the inspection by Federal Comptrollers.
