The problem with these security agencies is the mode of recruitment. See what is happening to the military; the mess the police are subjecting themselves to on daily basis. Dss, don't go there. Reason: Most of the people at the helm of affairs are not supposed to be there but cos of man-know-man they are there. What do u expect. Can someone give what he does not have? We have not seen anything yet. This is the beginning. Untill we do something about recruitment and promotion, a time will come when the performance of our security agencies will be grounded to a halt and everyone will be left to secure him or herself.
